Please note that starting 1st January 2025, the Greek Government has increased the Climate Resilience Levy — a new tax introduced in 2024 — applicable to all visitors during their stay. For Villa David (detached villa over 80 sq.m.), this levy amounts to €15 per night (not per person) from April to October, with a reduced rate of €8 per night from November to March.
This levy is not included in the rental prices below and will appear under 'Taxes' when finalising your booking. If you have any questions, please get in touch. You can also find more information here and here.
