Please note that starting 1st January 2024, the Greek Government has introduced the Climate Resilience Levy, a new tax applicable to all visitors during their stay. For Villa David (detached villa over 80 sq.m.), this levy amounts to €10 per night (not per person) from March to October, with a reduced rate during the rest of the year.
The Climate Resilience Levy, not included in the rental prices displayed below, constitutes an additional cost to the villa rental fees. It will be included in the total price – listed under ‘Taxes’ – upon finalizing your booking. If you have any questions, please do contact me. You can also find more information here and here.
